All event participants are expected to: Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and collaboration in all interactions. Be mindful of their surroundings and considerate of fellow attendees. Cease any behavior that causes discomfort when requested. Report any hazardous, harassing, or distressing situations to event staff. 
 

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: Intimidation, harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive or demeaning speech or actions. Engaging in discussions of differing viewpoints in a disrespectful manner, including personal attacks. Stalking, unwelcome sexual attention, or deliberate intimidation. Disruptive conduct, including heckling or inappropriate commentary in chat sections or on social media. Substance abuse that negatively affects interactions with other attendees. Possession of weapons, regardless of local legal allowances.
